Termite Services

Termite Inspection – Inspection of your home or business for evidence of termite activity and conditions that may contribute to termite infestation. Termite inspections are free if evidence of termite activity has already been found on the structure.

Termite Monitoring – Termite monitoring can be performed along with pest control treatment as part of our Package Plan. Termite monitors are placed in the soil around a structure and inspected at the time of pest control treatment. If termites are found in a monitor, localized termite treatment will be done at no additional cost.

Termite Treatment – We provide treatment for both native and Formosan termites. This treatment stops current termite infestations and helps prevent future infestations for many years. Termidor, the product we use, is the standard in the industry.

Termite Baiting – We offer Sentricon termite baits which are an alternative to using liquid termiticide to correct existing termite infestations. Termite baits must be checked on a regular basis.

Renewal Inspection – Annual inspection is available following termite treatment to insure your structure remains free of termites. With continued inspection, any additional treatment for covered areas of a structure is at no additional charge.

Fumigation – We do offer fumigation for dry wood termites and certain wood infesting beetles.
